President and Owner of Humphreys Appraisal Services Inc.

Pat is an Honours Commerce graduate of McMaster University with over 35 years of appraising experience and 1 year of financial accounting experience. Prior to entering the appraisal profession, Pat worked for both public and private accountants involved in doing business valuations and other financial analyses. He belonged to the Certified Managerial Accountant Association (C.M.A.). He has successfully completed all of the course requirements of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and in March of 1994, received his accreditation.

CHRIS HAMPEL., B.B.A, CRA, P. App

Chris has worked with Humphreys Appraisal Services Inc. since February 2015. He began as a research assistant and registered as a Candidate Member with the Appraisal Institute of Canada in July of 2015. Chris has completed residential appraisal assignments for financial institutions, mortgage brokers, private lenders, various law firms and for private individuals.  In 2020, Chris achieved his CRA designation and is a fully accredited member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada.

ALEX ROCCA, H.B.A., CRA, P. App

Alexandra has worked with Humphreys Appraisal Services Inc. since 2012.  She began as an office assistant seasonally and advanced to a research assistant in May of 2017 after completing her degree requirements. In 2023, Alex achieved her CRA designation and is a fully accredited member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. She has completed work for financial institutions, mortgage brokers, private lenders, various law firms and for private individuals.

JAMES HRUSKA, B.B.A., Candidate Member

James has worked with Humphreys Appraisal Services Inc. since early 2021 working as a research assistant while completing his degree. In July of 2023, James registered as a Candidate Member with the Appraisal Institute of Canada and has completed residential appraisal assignments for numerous financial institutions, mortgage brokers, private lenders, and private individuals for varying purposes. James is currently working towards attaining his CRA designation and becoming a fully accredited member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada.

MIKE ROCCA, HON. B. COMM., Candidate Member

​

Mike joined Humphreys Appraisal Services Inc. after spending 5.5 years in Commercial Banking as a Senior Account Manager with the Business Development Bank of Canada. Mike managed a book of automotive related clients located between Mississauga, Waterloo, Niagara, & Brantford supporting his clients with many real estate acquisitions and various business financing transactions. Mike is a Candidate Member with the Appraisal Institute of Canada working towards his AACI designation. Mike's core focus is on commercial real estate appraisals including industrial, land, multi-family, retail, office, mixed-use, commercial, and agricultural.

EUNICE BETANCOURT, Office Manager

Eunice has worked with Humphreys Appraisal Services Inc. since 2022 as an office manager/research assistant with numerous responsibilities. Eunice assists the commercial team with extensive research, data management, and office administration tasks. Eunice is considered an essential part of our appraisal team.
